“青年交流会:创建合作社”讲座分享,掌握主要3步骤就能开创合作社 由宗乡总会青年委员会主办,新加坡全国合作社联合会(Singapore National Co-operative Federation,简称: SNCF)联办的“青年交流会:创建合作社”讲座,于11月30日在宗乡总会2楼礼堂开讲,吸引了70人出席。 70名公众出席了“青年交流会:创建合作社”讲座,对合作社有了更深一层认识 讲座的两名讲者分别是新加坡全国合作社联合会的高级经理沈盛发及客户经理蔡文杰。对于合作社的定义,他们表示一般的企业主要是赚钱,慈善机构则是为公众利益提供服务的非盈利组织,而合作社则是在两者的中间,即为了产生收入,也提供社会公益服务。 沈盛发表示:“全球有超过8亿人是合作社的成员,而本地也有越来越多人创建合作社,新加坡全国合作社联合会的宗旨就是促进合作社的发展,使合作社成为可持续性的企业,满足社会和经济需求。” 沈盛发凭着多年经验分享有关合作社事宜,让出席者获益良多 他指出,新加坡的合作社可分四种,包括信用合作社(Credit Co-operatives Sector)、校园合作社(Campus Co-operative Sector)、服务合作社(Service Co-operatives Sector)、职总合作社(NTUC Co-operatives Sector),它们都在不同领域上各司其职,为民众提供了经济援助,保障了社会福利。 出席者对于创建合作社颇感兴趣,踊跃发出提问 至于该如何创建合作社呢?主要的3个步骤就是准备商业计划,提供三年财务报表预测,再依据章程向新加坡合作社注册局提呈申请。新成立的合作社可以申请新合作社补助金(New Co-op Grant),而一般的合作社也可以申请发展补助金如 CCF Development Grant 及 Capacity Development Grant 提升内部运作。 活动结束后,主办单位与讲者沈盛发(左二)及蔡文杰(左三)合影 For more photos, please visit SFCCA's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pg/SG.SFCCA/photos/?tab=album&album_id=2821194041233282
