Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations Holds Insightful Discussions on Future Development in Penang

新加坡,2025 年 3 月 24 日 – 新加坡宗乡会馆联合总会(简称“宗乡总会”)于 3 月21 日至 23 日,由会长蔡其生率领约 40 位理事执委前往马来西亚槟城举办集思营。这是宗乡总会暌违九年再次举办的海外集思营,旨在深入探讨总会未来的发展策略,加强凝聚力,并与当地华社组织加深互动与交流。 本次集思营延续去年 12 月召开的工作规划讨论会成果,进一步评估与审视相关讨论内容,明确未来发展方向,确保宗乡总会稳步前行。 今年恰逢新加坡建国 60 周年,同时也是宗乡总会成立 40 周年的重要里程碑。谈及宗乡总会下一个阶段的发展方向,会长蔡其生表示:“我们必须与时俱进,在国家发展的新阶段中继续发挥积极作用。我们也应审视总会宗旨与愿景是否符合当前需求,在必要时加以完善,以更好地迈向新阶段。” 与会者围绕总会的宗旨与愿景展开热烈讨论,并检视活动项目的发展方向,包括旗舰活动、《源》与《华汇》两本杂志等。不少认为,集思营的形式让大家有机会为奠定总会的未来方向献计献策,有效地凝聚共识。 此外,新加坡与槟城在历史上渊源深厚,皆拥有丰富的华人文化,建国后更各具发展特色。因此,此次宗乡总会理事与执委一行人也特地参访槟州各姓氏宗祠联委会和槟州华人大会堂,与当地社团领袖进行交流。 槟州各姓氏宗祠联委会主席何瑞春表示:“槟州各姓氏宗祠联委会与新加坡宗乡会馆联合总会在宗族文化的弘扬与社会责任的承担方面,有着共同的愿景和使命。希望通过此次交流,我们能够进一步加强联系,共享文化资源。” 槟州华人大会堂署理主席拿督黄天隆则强调:“槟州华人大会堂与新加坡宗乡会馆联合总会虽然身处于不同的国家,但是我们的使命是一致的、我们的情感相通、我们的目标相同,那就是在全球化的时代背景下,守护与弘扬中华文化,增强华社凝 聚力,让华族精神生生不息、薪火相传。” 双方一致认为,未来应进一步加强合作与交流,互学互鉴,共同推动两地华社的持续发展。 宗乡总会第十八届理事与执委于槟城举行集思营,共谋总会未来发展方向 宗乡总会理事与执委同槟州华人大会堂代表团合影留念 宗乡总会会长蔡其生先生(左)向槟州各姓氏宗祠联委会主席何瑞春(右)赠送纪念品 宗乡总会第 18 届理事与执委畅游槟城,领略当地风采
