As part of the 11th SFCCA Youth Sports Festival, a badminton competition was held on the 25 June at the Singapore Badminton Centre. This is the second sports competition after the first sports event-bowling held on 27 May. Close to 140 badminton enthusiasts participated in the competition, including 8 groups representing SFCCA . The highlight of the tournament was the appearance of our special guest, Singapore National Badminton player Li Xinyi. She joined the participants in a thrilling doubles match, treating the audience to an impressive showcase of her skills.

The 11th SFCCA Youth Sports Festival’s Badminton Competition is jointly organized by the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations and Eng Choon Hway Kuan, supported by the National Integration Council, Singapore Clan Foundation, Cultural Matching Fund, and Horlicks.

The next sports event will be the highly anticipated basketball competition, held on this Sunday, July 23rd at the Singapore Basketball Center. The public is welcome to come and support your favourite team! Registration for the soccer tournament will begin next week.
