In order to better plan activities and events that meet the needs of our member associations, SFCCA will be conducting a Members Associations Survey 2018 to know and better understand the current status of our member associations and their activities. The findings of the survey would assist the SFCCA to better plan for the future direction of the federation, at the same time to help our member associations to promote and develop their activities.
SFCCA has already appointed QS-First Pte Ltd to assist in the conduct of the Members Associations Survey 2018. QS-First will be conducting the survey between March to June 2018. The survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. All information provided by you will be for the purpose of analysis and may be used as data for publication. However, your name will be kept strictly confidential and anonymous.
The survey questionnaire in Chinese had been mailed out to all member associations. Please help to complete the survey questionnaire.
Kindly please complete the survey questionaire by 13 April 2018. You may fax or mail the completed survey questionaire back to QS-First to 7500A Beach Road, The Plaza, #12-308 Singapore 199591 or alternatively, fax to 6296 1029. Upon the expiration of the closing date for return of completed survey questionnaires, for those members who have yet to submit, QS-First will make alternative arrangements to personally visit you to assist in the completion of the survey.
