Sharing Session on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
To aid member associations in their digital transformation, SFCCA will be organising a “Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System” sharing session on 5 June 2021 (Saturday), at 3pm, via Zoom to explain how CRM softwares can help associations manage their operations in a more effective and efficient manner.
Through the use of the CRM software, clan associations will not only be able to better manage and preserve existing data, but also improve staff’s work efficiency and encourage teamwork. An invited representative from Singapore Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan will share the clan association’s experience using the CRM software. To better facilitate the Q&A session, a CRM software vendor representative will also be present.
