A record high of over 800 guests ushered in the Year of Rooster with Guest-of-Honour Minister K Shanmugam, at Spring Reception 2017, jointly organised by the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations, Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre and Business China.
In the spirit of diversity and inclusiveness, dignitaries from close to 10 countries, student representatives from all 6 public universities, as well as representatives from various ethnic groups and associations were also invited to the Reception held at the newly completed Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, on 30 January 2017.
