In order to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival and promote patriotism and promote positive traditional values, the Federation of Singapore Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA), the Singaporea Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) and the Toa Payoh Central Citizens’ Consultative Committee (TPCCC) held Duan Wu Carnival 2016 on 4th June 2016 (Saturday), from 3pm to 9pm, at the open space in front of the Toa Payoh Library. Minister of State for Health and Communications and Information Mr Chee Hong Tat was invited as the guest of honour.
