The table tennis competition of the SFCCA Youth Sports Festival was successfully held at the Singapore Lam Ann Association on 11th July 2015. A total of 51 young men and women from 26 clan associations entered the competition.
Duan Lianzheng from Singapore Kwangtung Hui Kuan was the men’s singles champion. Xu Yihan of the Singapore Hainan Hwee Kuan was the runner-up, Chen Zhaorui of the Hainan Tan Clan Association and Fu Fangxun of Singapore Hainan Hwee Kuan were runners-up. In women’s singles, Wang Xinru of the Singapore Hainan Hwee Kuan took the second place, Chen Zhaowei of the Hainan Tan Clan Association, Xu Jingwen of Singapore Kwangtung Hui Kuan and Xu Xiaoxiao of Singapore Hainan Hwee Kuan tied at the third place.
The next event, soccer, will be held on 19th July 2015 at the Singapore Indian Association on Balestier Road.
