The Straits Settlements refer to a group of British colonies comprising Singapore, Penang and Malacca. Historically, these three states were closely inter-connected.
In order to strengthen interaction and ties between the Singapore and Malaysia academic communities, the SFCCA organised a forum on Baba culture on 21st September 2013 (Saturday), from 9.30am to 5pm, at the National Library Board (Level 5 Possibility Room).
