Executive, Corporate Affairs (6-Month Maternity Cover)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Corporate Affairs team
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Collate and prepare materials for meetings; take minutes and follow up on action items
  • Draft and edit correspondences
  • Maintain and update records and databases
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties to support the team operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, preferably in Chinese Language or related studies
  • Proficient in English, must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin for effective communication with stakeholders in the Chinese community
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Your commitment :
