Executive, Corporate Affairs (6-Month Maternity Cover)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Corporate Affairs team
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Collate and prepare materials for meetings; take minutes and follow up on action items
- Draft and edit correspondences
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties to support the team operations
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Chinese Language or related studies
- Proficient in English, must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin for effective communication with stakeholders in the Chinese community
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
