In order to strengthen member associations’ understanding of the Institution of Public Character (IPC), the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA) held an “IPC Sharing Session” on 30th June (Tuesday), which attracted 70 representatives from various clan and cultural associations.
The event was supported by Minister Chan Chun Sing who also attended the event. The atmosphere was lively as he interacted with the participants and answered relevant questions. In addition, the Commissioner of Charities and representatives from the Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth also shared on how to achieve IPC status and the perks of achieving IPC status, benefitting the participants.
