In order to strengthen member associations' understanding of the Institution of Public Character (IPC), the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA) held an "IPC Sharing Session" on 30th June (Tuesday), which attracted 70 representatives from various clan and cultural associations.
