The Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA) held the SFCCA Health Carnival on 18th October 2014, attracting close to 500 participants.
The speaker from the Health Promotion Board introduced the Medishield scheme, and Minister for Health Mr Gan Kim Yong answered questions about the scheme. Dr Zhang Lei was also present to speak about both Western and Chinese medicinal health regimens.
