The 6th Zong Xiang Challenge Trophy Golf Tournament was held on 13th August 2018 at Singapore Island Country Club. Team from Singapore Lee Clan General Association emerged at the top of the scoreboard and clinched first place among the 30 participating teams, while the team from Singapore Kwangtung Hui Kuan and Foo Clan Association took second and third place respectively.
The tournament started back in 2011, and is only open to members of Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA). It aims to strengthen bonds between members of the different clan associations. SFCCA President Chua Thian Poh said, the tournament hopes to act as an interactive platform for communication and interaction among members via the golf sport, to strengthen and expand cooperation bonds among the clan associations.
