Social Media Contests and Giveaways – Terms and Conditions

 

The following terms and conditions apply solely to the social media contests and giveaways stated below by Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA).

 

Eligibility

  1. The giveaway is open to all residing in Singapore.
  2. Participants are required to complete all steps as stated in the giveaway post.
  3. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the T&Cs may disqualify a participant from the giveaway, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

Giveaway Participation

  1. The giveaway starts and ends according to the date and time specified in the giveaway post.
  2. Only one entry per Facebook and/or Instagram account is allowed. All Facebook and/or Instagram accounts must be genuine. Entries from spam accounts will be disqualified.
  3. The winner(s) will be selected at the discretion of SFCCA. The judges’ decision shall be final, and no appeal or correspondence will be entertained.

Terms and Conditions

  1. By participating in the giveaway, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Winners’ Facebook names/Instagram handles will be announced and featured on SFCCA’s Facebook and Instagram page.
  3. SFCCA reserves the right to video, photograph and/or record the giveaway and its entries and publish any participants submitted/posted images and details for purposes relating to the publicity of the giveaway.

Prize and Collection

  1. 3 winners, across both Facebook and Instagram will each win a tote bag, notebook and Starbucks gift card, of which designs are given randomly.
  2. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  3. The winner(s) will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram direct messenger.
  4. The winner(s) will be required to present the Facebook/Instagram message from SFCCA and their profile as proof. These details will be used to verify the winner(s) for prize collection.
  5. Prizes must be collected in person from SFCCA Secretariat, located at 397 Lorong 2 Toa Payoh Singapore 319639, during the collection period.
