Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA) and Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC) jointly organised “Project C.A.R.E 2017 on 9th April 2017.
Around 500 elderly with the assistance of over 600 volunteers were split in smaller groups and visited SFCCA’s 11 Members including Kong Chow Wui Koon, Chang Chow General Association, Siong Leng Musical Association, Char Yang (Dabu) Association, Singapore Lam Ann Association, Singapore Chin Kang Huay Kuan, Singapore Hainan Hwee Kuan, Singapore Amoy Association, Singapore Hui Ann Association, Gan Clan (Singapore) and The Teo Chew Poit Ip Huay Kuan, Singapore. Each Association Member had interesting and exciting programmes lined up especially for the elderly and volunteers. After the events, all elderly and volunteers were invited to gather at Orchid Country Club for a delicious afternoon feast, President Tony Tan and First Lady were the Guests of Honour that day.
