Objectives
– To promote Chinese culture and language
– To organise or finance Chinese educational, cultural, social and other activities
– To assist and finance the various Chinese clan associations in Singapore in promoting and implementing these activities

– Support Singapore River Hongbao
– Provide scholarships for students pursuing degrees in selected Universities in China
– Support clan associations in organising Chinese cultural activities
– Support activities of Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations
